This notice describes the reader-gallery features on this website.

What a submission includes

When you submit a page, we store your image, the selected scene, an optional display name and caption, your email address, your display permission and the submission time.

What visitors can see

New submissions are private until reviewed. If approved, the image, scene, chosen display name and caption appear in the book’s gallery. Your email address stays private and is available to the moderator for questions about your submission.

Images and storage

Images are resized and converted to PNG before upload, which removes image metadata. Submission records and images are stored securely and remain until you use your removal link or a moderator deletes them.

Removing a submission

After sending an image, you receive a private removal link. Save it. It allows you to delete the stored image and submission details without creating an account. Never share that link publicly.

Children’s artwork

The upload form is for adults aged 18 or older. Parents or legal guardians may submit a child’s coloring. Do not include the child’s full name, face, school or other identifying details.

Cookies and emails

This site does not add advertising or analytics trackers. A private moderator session uses an essential sign-in cookie. The hosting service may use its own access and security cookies. Gallery submissions do not subscribe you to marketing emails.

If you separately join our updates list, we store your email address so Morrowlight Press can send occasional book and publication news. You can unsubscribe whenever you like.
